What do you guys think about this hadith? Isn't Imam (as) telling us to not put a whole lot of faith in the stones such as Hindus or other superstitious people do....

Muhammad Bin Ali has narrated from Ali Bin Al Husayn in 'Ma'ani Al Akhbar' from

Muhammad Bin Al Hassan from Al Asfar from Yaqoub Bin Yazeed from Muhammad Bin

Abu Umayr from Abdul Hameed Bin Abul A'la that Abu Abdullahasws said: 'Polytheism is

more subtle than the footsteps of an ant.' And then said: 'From this is the changing of the

ring as a reminder of a need and this is doubt.' I say: 'And this means it is permissible as

a reminder of the number of cycles of Prayer with a ring.' (Maa'ni ul Akhbar, Hadith 6032)

i wish all the [desi] people of the world could read this. they get so superstitious when it comes to rings. i know aunties who'll obsess over rings, arguing as to whether or not a ring "suits" them. then they say certain ones are bad luck...

Salam aleykum Dear respected brothers and sisters

The Islamic rings that everyone is mentioning has many significance such as aqiq helps a person keep a healthy mind and fayrouz even give antioxidants, For the question that related price wise, it all depends on this size and where is everyone buying it from, online websites are always way to much , I would recommend Lebanon and Iran and of course Iraq because they have very fair prices is various types of rings.

I hope that helped Salam Aleykum

during the time of imam ali ar ridha, the followers of the imam asked him, how can we tell if a person is a lover of the ahl ul bayt and a true follower of islam. he replied, look at his hands. if there, upon his right hand is an aqiq ring, then surely he is a momin. also it is recommended that one wear an aqiq ring during parayer, and during qunoot, turn the ring to face the sky, since it helps in the acceptance of one's parayer.
