29. Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Whether you hide what is in your breasts or reveal it, Allah knows it, and He knows what is in the heavens and what is in the earth. And Allah is Able to do all things."

30. On the Day when every person will be confronted with all the good he has done, and all the evil he has done, he will wish that there were a great distance between him and his evil. And Allah warns you against Himself (His punishment) and Allah is full of Kindness to (His) slaves.

Transliteration : wa- qaatilo fe sabel 'allaah wa- iclamo 'anna 'allaah samec calem

Pickthall : Fight in the way of Allah, and know that Allah is Hearer, Knower.

Asad : Fight, then, in God's cause, 233 and know that God is all-hearing, all-knowing.

Malik : O believers, fight in the path of Allah without fear of death and bear in mind that Allah hears and knows everything.

Yusuf Ali : Then fight in the cause of Allah and know that Allah heareth and knoweth all things. 275

.. i would like to comment that the arabic word used for "good" here is "tayeb" .. which is used today for "nice", "kind", "friendly", "soft hearted", etc

but because all translations i found use "good", i kept it this way ..

Every time Zechariah entered upon her in the prayer chamber, he found with her provision. He said, "O Mary, from where comes this to you?" She said, "It is from Allah . Your Lord knows that you stand forth (to prayer) nigh two-thirds of the night, or half the night, or a third of the night, and so do a party of those with you. But Allah appoints night and day in due measure. He knows that you are unable to keep count thereof. So He has turned to you (in mercy). Read, therefore, of the Quran as much as may be easy for you. He knows that there may be (some) among you in ill-health; others traveling through the land, seeking of Allah's bounty; yet others fighting in Allah's Cause. Read, therefore, as much of the Quran as may be easy (for you); and establish regular Prayer and give regular Charity; and loan to Allah a Beautiful Loan. And whatever good you send forth for your souls, you shall find it in Allah's Presence - yes, better and greater in reward. And seek the Grace of Allah; for Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful

Turn to Allah with sincere repentance in the hope that your Lord will remove your ills from you and admit you to Gardens beneath which Rivers flow - the Day that Allah will not permit the Prophet and those who believe with him to be humiliated. Their Light will run forward before them and by their right hands, while they say, "Our Lord! Perfect our Light for us, and grant us Forgiveness: for You have power over all things.

Say: "Do you see? If your stream is lost some morning (in the underground earth), who then can supply you with clear-flowing water?"

O you who believe! do not enter the houses of the Prophet unless permission is given to you for a meal, not waiting for its cooking being finished-- but when you are invited, enter, and when you have taken the food, then disperse-- not seeking to listen to talk; surely this gives the Prophet trouble, but he forbears from you, and Allah does not forbear from the truth And when you ask of them any goods, ask of them from behind a curtain; this is purer for your hearts and (for) their hearts; and it does not behove you that you should give trouble to the Apostle of Allah, nor that you should marry his wives after him ever; surely this is grievous in the sight of Allah.
