Salam. There could be a Hussainiya in Harlem but not really advertised well.

If you can travel to Jamaica, New York (Queens), the best place to go is the Al-Khoei Foundation.

Another one (I have not personally been there) is Shia Ithna-Asheri Jamaat of NY (SIJNY / Al Mahdi Islamic Center) in Woodside, NY (Queens).

sijny moved to Long Island . imam Ali as Iiny is inactive open some ties Thursday in major season but mostly the school now  Dr Sabah placed and Imam Ridha Closed . 
 

Nitamallah Shia Sufi place in manhattan got weird no more Jamat Salah not open to public . 
 

Madjid Ar Rasul was supposed to open a branch in Harlem to my knowledge hasn’t happened . 
 

Zakir Abdul Karim was trying to open a place in the Bronx, but they never really got it going. They had broke away from the African-American group that was in Brooklyn. Allow them have died or moved on to other places that group in Brooklyn is associated with the Shirazi foundation

theres also Imam Mehdi foundation in Brooklyn that is run by Doctor Sakhwat . 
 

You also have another or do language community in Long Island Brentwood specifically

They’re always trying to get a place in Manhattan and there are some African converts doing work in the Bronx as well but to my knowledge they were meeting at houses and didn’t have their own place. A lot of them go back-and-forth between here and Ghana, Nigeria, etc..
