first of all condolences for one of the worst calaminities and longest program salah amal ziyarah of the year the maytrdom by the munafiqun thru posioning of the Holy Prophet Rasul Allah sawa and Imam Hassan Al Mujtaba Tabatabai ul Rasul Allah as for 28th Safar.

i have read some disscussion online whewre they are complaining about no english banners, no english chants, no american flags etc in the Arbaiin Masheerah/Jaloos/Procession is it a straw man agrument or does it have merits ?

i did see non muslims defending it as a relgious procession peaceful etc

Wa Alaikum Assalam. In my view, first there's no need to raise the flags of any country, even someone's homeland, among expatriates, to ensure a peaceful gathering and avoid politics. Second, having banners and chants in English as well as the native language of the host country is crucial.
