most Masjid/Musalla/Hussaynia will host Majalis I Ahza Amir ul Muminin Imam Ali Ibn Abu Talib as for 19th 20th 21st night 

however every center or at least every family should host/preform Majalis and Ziyarah with matm after Fajr on the 19th morning for the attack and at the individual time of Asr on 21st for the actual time of maytrdom

So we have an narration about the 27th night of the last month of Ramadan being the grand night and because he’s reliable, and also because we have narrations about the schools being revealed in 10 pages in 1000 languages to our ancestor prophet Adam peace upon its strengthens the possibility, although the famous narrations indicate the 23rd and the 19th, 21st and 23rd being 19th of being decree 21st being written in 23rd of being finalized the 27th is not without merit and should be observed 

In the box of our opponents, they quote him saying the reason he believed it was the 27th was because they’re 27 words in chapter 97. This is what this narration says this narration has no merit but accepting this night from him and other narration based on other merits is acceptable and wise.
