It's only Lebanese Forces and Kataeb Party are the 2 political party that are ready to make a peace deal with Israhell, No sunni, shia or druze active party that support a peace deal with israhell. Free Patriotic Movement and Marada are against peace deal with israhell. So it's obvious majority of lebanese including the christians are against peace deal with Israhell. The president and the prime minister are commiting the same mistake lebanese forces did decades ago.

The biggest mistake Hezbollah did is allowing Kataeb and Lebanese forces party exist, since 2006, Sayid (رضي الله عنه) should have gotten rid of them. Hezbollah always believe making peace with your fellow country men but these 2 cancer cell are ready to lick Israhell boots.

Assalamu Alaikum,
I believe that an objective reading of the current power balance dictates that we avoid engaging in asymmetrical conflicts that would only bring destruction, displacement, and increased casualties. In my view, negotiating with an adversary that holds superior military and economic capabilities, as well as stronger global alliances, is the most rational approach—a strategic move to safeguard lives.
Even if such negotiations require certain concessions, they pale in comparison to the catastrophic losses of war, especially if they provide a pathway to long-term stability and eventual withdrawal. Our top priority must be reconstruction and focusing on the Lebanese Shiite homefront to resolve domestic crises and ensure a dignified life for our people. Building a strong, stable, and prosperous community is our true victory, and it is far better than risking the dire outcomes experienced by our brothers in neighboring countries.

The problem is this isn't a war of choice, this is a war that was imposed on lebanon by israel who repeatedly violated the ceasefire 15000 times and killed 300 lebanese people and threatened to invade lebanon repeatedly and openly. That's all before March 1 2026.

The problem is this misrepresents whats happening on the ground.

Negotiating with an adversary that is known for violating their oaths/ceasefire is pointless, these adversaries are "convinced" by force.

To israel, conscessions = weakness, israel is like a predator and a bully, when they smell blood or weakness, they will bully you and opress you harder. They don't care about agreements.

This again unfortunatley misrepresents what happened a week ago.

Lebanon did not just give "some consessions", they fully surrendered to israel and america and it was an extreemly stupid thing to do just to spite iran.

Iran had a deal with america called the MoU and these traitors had to undermine it and sign an agreement where they fully surrender southern lebanon, where they give israel the legitemacy to do whatever they want in lebanon, where the plan for withdrawal is extreemly vague with 0 guarentees, where they had 0 cards on the table against israel during this useless negotiation, where they effectivley told their only line of defence to fully disarm, where they promised to not pursue israel legally for their crimes against lebanon and so on.

This deal is blatant treason, the government has given up and has fully given into american/israeli demands and has become their puppet.

This deal that lebanon signed does not privide anything of this sorts. Israel will never withdraw and if hezbollah disarms, israel will use another excuse to invade lebanon even further and install a puppet regime in beirut.

I am not saying this without precedent, israel did exactly that in 1982, when the PLO disarmed, israel did not pull out, they rather made up other excuses to stay and they installed a puppet regime in beirut. They were only kicked out through the resistance.

Just like israel did not abide by the agreements of 1982 and 2024, israel does not plan to honour this one.

This is only possible through force at this rate, because israel is determined to occupy lebanon and colonize it. A useless agreement signed last week where lebanon holds 0 leverage, will not ensure this at all.

That's effectivley what hezbollah and lebanon did in 2024 and israel decided out of its own freewill to violate the ceasefire 15000 times, occupy lebanese land and kill 300 people.

This time a ceasefire needs to be acheived, but israel should not be allowed to have "freedom of action" in lebanon, otherwise people will simply die slowly instead of quickly, which isn't any better.

I would please urge you to look at the facts and please not make the same mistakes the french did when nazi germany invaded them. These arguments are very similar to the arguments used by vichi france in ww2 and it did not end well for them.

Our government has officially made a deal with the terrorist israel, this is the most corrupted govt we have ever had in lebanon. May allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) curse them and do not allow them to make then happy ever again. The deal include partial withdraw from lebanon and Hezb must surrenders and give up on their weapons.

This will be a repetition of 1982 and israel will eventually run away from lebanon with their tail behind their backs like in 2000.

The deal lebanons government signed was total surrender. It doesn't even speak of a time for withdrawal, lebanons government effectivley legitemized israels occupation of south lebanon, they're repeating the same mistakes as the traitor bachir gmayel did in the 1980s.

Unfortunatley our villages will be gone. I have a feeling this war will last years. My town is certainly going to be fully flattened if it hasn't already been, as it's under their occupation.

:bismillah:

Indeed, the worst creatures in Allah’s sight are those who disbelieve, and they will never believe,‏

(they are) those among them (i.e. the Jewish tribes of al-Nadir and Qurayza) with whom you entered into treaties (for mutual peace and state security), but they violated their treaties every time, and who do not guard themselves (against evil).

So if you confront them in battle, deal with them (in such a way) as to scatter those who are (to come) behind them; perhaps they may receive a warning.

If you apprehend treachery from a people, throw back to them (their treaty) on equal terms. Indeed, Allah does not like the treacherous.‏

My village is already occupied by these terrorists, they already destroyed my family house. That’s fine with us tho, we will do everything for the resistance. Inshallah the war ends so that we can return back and build it again.

WATCH | It is unprecedented for any nation's leadership to argue that the withdrawal of an invading army from their own territory should be conditional, yet that is exactly how Lebanon's political class is playing into Washington's hands, says Dr. Omar Nashabe.

And israel just decided to make up more demands this morning despite the lebanese army surrenduring to it:

https://t.me/thecradlemedia/63467

Israel's Broadcasting Corporation has claimed that Tel Aviv submitted a list to Lebanon identifying several senior Lebanese army officers whose presence in southern Lebanon is deemed "unacceptable." Israel alleges that these officers have been leaking information to Hezbollah.

(Al Araby TV)

As far as I am aware this is nonsense. Israel made a similar claim last year and it was debunked.

They know they can say anything because our government supports them.

No, iran warned syria weeks ago with this very threat if they invaded lebanon. This is not happening now.

This caused syria to back away and to soften their rethoric against iran and hezb.

Now last week you have sheikh naim qassem saying he has no issues with a strong syria and negotiating with them and reports that turkey is attempting to get hezb to meet with hts. This is probably to calm things down and focus on israel.

I'm not really sure, I just read this report yesterday or the day before, and I hope it doesn't happen.
