Iran Holds US, Saudi Arabia Responsible for Consequences of Strikes on Iraq

Iran's Foreign Ministry has stated that the "warmongering US regime" and its regional allies bear responsibility for the dangerous consequences of criminal, inhumane, and provocative attacks on several locations in Iraq.

 

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran strongly condemned the joint US and Saudi strikes on several areas in Iraq, including facilities and sites belonging to Iraq's official institutions, as well as service stations and camps for Arbaeen pilgrims.The statement said the attacks constitute a blatant violation of Iraq's national sovereignty and territorial integrity, as well as a flagrant breach of the United Nations Charter and the fundamental principles of international law. Family of Three, Including Toddler, Martyred in US Strike on Iran’s Qeshm Island

A US airstrike on a residential building on Iran's Qeshm Island martyred a family of three, including a two-year-old child, while two other children were rescued from the rubble.
