Joining martial arts club

Salam!

I am just wondering if it is halal to join a martial arts club that are mixed as a women. And i am not reffering to long contact martial art like jujutsu o judo, i am reffering to kickboxing that is more of a short contact sport. And the contact is trough a barrier like gloves. When it comes to clothing i will talk with the coach about wearing more modest clothes. I see bo problem in it, no isses with the contact and the clothing. And people are training so they aint focusing on me. And obv i am not gonna look and focus on them if thats a sin too. And i dont want to join a womens clubb because everyone there is not my level. I would like a challenge so i can gett better.

Can you arrange to spar with women? 

If you can maintain modesty, why not? Physical fitness, health, and self defense are all halal goals.

The scholars that have prohibited such activities and prohibited as a professional sport that one uses to gain wealth that’s not all of the scholars were all these views.

If you’re keeping modest practicing with the same gender learning self-defense or combat, there’s no problem
