I'm a concealed weapons permit holder and I'm worried It will look extreme even in western clothes it will look scary to people to carry open. I'm a white us convert (sunni, I get the fastest most polite responses here). What do you think?

As long as you do not have anything such as political clothing, car stickers or similar you should be safe. Generally, those who carry a weapon will be generally intimidating regardless of how someone actually is.

Also as @notme stated, concealed carry is an option as well.

Concealed carry means nobody can see it.

Can you explain the problem again?

If you're concerned about what others will think, probably yes. if you're not, why are you asking this question?

I don't care how they think or feel just if they react violently.

Somebody is always going feel intimidated by gun owners, whether you are carrying concealed or open. I think if you are asking this question, you should revisit the reason why you decided to get a concealed weapons permit. Also, if you have a concealed weapons permit, why are you concerned about carrying open? Your question is confusing.

People are less likely to come at or attack you with a visible weapon. The permit allows both open and concealed carry.

Are they, though? Can you provide data?

I genuinely don't know.  I'm a strong supporter of the right of the individual to self defense against tyrants, but I have not seen data confirming that it is safer to be armed than to be unarmed.

In my personal experience they get angry from across the room and don't get to close when they have a problem with me carrying.

People who don't have a gun will be afraid of you. People who do have a gun will think you are a threat and want to challenge you. Or stalk you in an attempt to rob you of your gun or ransack your place to find more guns.

It's especially true in Alabama where I live at
