Salaam

The main culprits in this are usually distractions due to day-to-day matters, physical exhaustion or or certain sins that are being committed by the person

Take stock and examine what factors might be causing this

Its probably just exhaustion or sin, my Iman hasn't been great recently, but its gotten to the point where i treat prayer as a Burden, and that I'm going days without praying, and the days i do ill only pray fajr and dhuhr, ill try, its also because of school, i have no way to pray at school and when i get home i have to pray dhuhr and asr which makes my heart feel really heavy and tired (if that makes sense)< ill update if it gets worse

I don't know if it might help, but still I felt like sharing this hadith of the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), of the meaning – The best kind of Faith (Īmān) is knowing that Allāh is with you wherever you are.

"Knowing", not just believing (in theory), not just a dogma, not only a doctrine. Knowing it as a reality. Allāh Himself has stated in Sūrah al-Ḥadīd

وھومعکم أينماكنتم

And He is with you wherever you are

Allāh tells us this about Him so that we try to remain aware of this reality, and this awareness indeed ought to have a great effect on our prayers because the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) has called it the best type of Īmān.
