Hi everyone. After passing of my parent one year back. chronic stress has affected my mental and physical health.  I am emotionally burnt out.my nervous system has shut down.i can't take even litte stress now.....also hav severe anxiety..,. How u people gone through same cope up. Any support therapy.,any tips...Please help.

My condolences for your loss.  

Grief is different for each of us. If it takes more than a year, it takes more than a year.  

You might consider talking with a professional counselor or therapist.  That helps many people.
