what is the ruling about leverage in futures trading. Generally we treat is as haram as we consider that the leveraged amount that the exchange gives us, they pay interest on it as it is generally how leverage money works.
but what if that credit amount that the exchange gives is interest free and they give it from their own capital.

any shia sources that has discussed this in detail?

your best bet for extreme detailed discussions on this type of topics is to get  some classes on Maqasib and raise the issue there or see if there’s some pre-recorded ones discussing it

also, the majority of the skylights allow you to borrow money to purchase something more expensive or to start a home or a business with the condition that it is unacceptable for your status not to have it or necessary for your families financing in case you treat the interest is not interest but a gift you’re paying to the loan giver

A lot of times these interest free loan groups in the last you end up spending more money and paying over a longer time not all of them, but that’s a lot of them that I’ve seen you own a percentage for a higher rate and then slowly buy the rest from the company if you would borrowed money, interest, free and I agreed to pay back a certain amount of money later that could be not interest if it falls under the category of say Saraqufi or the payment to someone who made a business famous that you know profit from there was agreed in the initial contract, even if there was several partners back

Ayatullah Shaikh Mahdi Hadavi Tehrani

Does comparative western in Islamic law he analyzes a lot of issues like this I would send an email to his website Islam quest
