Salam

there was a fairly decent sized ladies seminary in Karbala. I know at one point there was one in Baghdad/Khadimiyah .
This one was run by the Sadr group .

Umm Bainin Hawza is run thru Shahid Abbbas as shrine in Karbala .

Shirazi group had a female Hawza in Karbala  a clergymen from that group who I knew growing up his daughter, went to school there for like three or four years my wife at one point was thinking she wanted to move to Nagel forever than Iran and she wanted a good school for ladies she was recommended that one

here’s one of theirs in Najaf

Honestly, the best bet for women is Jamiat ul Zahra in Qum because it has the most dorms in the highest stipend

The schools in Iraq are generally affiliated with different groups of scholars from different political groups, agendas for lack of a better word and there’s nothing wrong with different positions among the scholars, but the politics of the clergy are often confusing to the people and for the early levels, you don’t need the drama

In the very early years of our marriage, my wife, whose father was a mid ranking religious scholar. He experienced the world of the clergy because he just didn’t believe in taking females anywhere, letting them see her interact with business so we would go places and she saw the in fighting in the different groups. It was shocking that’s something to keep in mind about Iraq when you’re talking about these specific groups.

You’re gonna have the politics in Iran, but these schools are bigger. People follow a diverse range of scholars. They’re not specifically under one scholar or one group of scholars and you have more depth of discussion and opinions.

Nowadays, going to the third level is a female. It’s best to get private one-on-one lessons as it’s harder to get those classes. Sometimes the lectures are pre-recorded in the women will listen to the days lectures that the males attended then send questions to the teacher.

muqadamat and sath you can almost get anywhere at this point and even the third level is available through technology through phone capacity and teachers outside of the shrine cities

Many of the programs will only take married women whose husbands are in the seminary because they don’t have dorm housing for single women again that’s why learning Farsi is a small price to pay for the better accommodations in Iran

just talked to a colleague there is no ladies seminary in Najaf for single ladies, and there isn’t a program for the wives of male students or women with families who aren’t in the seminary anymore either

He recommended the university of Fatima in Iran, as I mentioned in the previous post and also expressed it’s very difficult in either of the two big centers for ladies to do dars Kharij at this point, particularly with public lectures or the better teachers, but one on one in small groups of one male scholar with several female students is possible

It will be very helpful

I have heard that I know they have a lot of restrictions. I can’t for say no the current ones.

Doing seminary via correspondence would be an option

Like for example, there are a lot of scholars various places that teach classes seeing if you could join those classes locally might be an option

Ideally, we should have the same amount of women’s facilities as Madden, but that’s not become the case and the situation has gotten worse and worse the last 1520 years
