What are the prayers/fasting/haj rules regarding someone has become disable

Unfortunately my oldest brother due to heavy labour works, he already had spinal surgery but it is almost certain he'll never able to walk properly again and neither he can sit for long time. So not possible to travel anymore. He cannot bend so not possible even to prayer on chair.Long story short.

His prayers/fasting will become Qada/missed. He won't be able to do Haj. His wife not reliable and I doubt his daughter and son will do any of his qada etc. I don't think they even understand and I doubt they'll ever understand it (family complex... long story as the reasons why... )

Are prayers/fasting/haj rules remained obligatory for person who has become disabled? or someone has to do it for them?

I think I will have to do it or other religious way that someone could be paid do it (at least some of it)

Salam yeah all of these have been remained obligatory for for disabled person which nobody can do Qada of these during his lifetime .

He can do it by himself based on physical condition even in short time even if he leis on bed or do it part of prayer in standing position so then continue it in sitting position .

He must do obligatory prayer & fasting just by himself during his lifetime whic he can use help of other person for standing or sitting which he can ask from someone to hold or move his body for performing prayer .

Thanks for the information. Unfortunately his wife is his worst enemy and he only stayed in relationship because of the kids and because of his current conditions, he can't do anything even if he wanted. So it is highly unlikely that she will assist him with praying etc... 

We fear that if he gets the compensation money that his wife will kick him out of the house...and keep the money. He fears this as well  .   (The wife has really bad influencers which are her family and her relatives so she'll believe them and do what they say) 

May God guide his children towards the Right Path but realistically speaking it is unlikely that they will do anything because they are teenagers and don't have any whatsoever interest in religion.
