hi sisters& brothers i want to ask if someone husband is living far is it possibe he or she can do mutah Nikah with somebody for avoiding to do some harram. plz serious person with references reply me thanks.

Salam.

A married man who is living far from his wife can marry another woman to avoid doing something haram.

A man cannot marry a woman who is already married, because the Holy Qur'an 4:23-24 prohibits him from that.

"Forbidden unto you [as wives] are married women" 

When a woman is divorced or her husband dies, she must wait for a prescribed period of time (Idda) before she can remarry (mutah or nikah).
