How can I diagnose the problems of my life that are hidden and unknown

I know I have many problems and defects with my life but I can't seem to figure it out and it's so unknown and hidden . I know I'm misguided but I don't know why . I don't have a family to guide me as my Iranian family in USA has left Islam . How can I figure out the reasons I'm on the wrong path that is so hidden and unknown ? I can't figure it out . I sit thinking and thinking for days and I seem to have a very hard time figuring out what my issue is . I'm extremely lonely person and have no relatives in USA and never lived in Iran . I have very few friends who I barely talk to and I have no one to guide me because my family have left Islam and even they drink alcohol . Please make dua for me as I'm having a hard time to become a better mumin.

Salam OP, 

Praying your daily prayers, Reading Quran even if one page a day and doing Qiyam al-layl (every night if possible) even with only two rak'ahs. I promise you by the will of Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) that your life will be so much better and you'll feel so good too all day everyday   even on bad days your heart&soul will be calm.

I remember a quote from Imam Ali (عليه السلام) which I assuming I am quoting rightly, Imam Ali (عليه السلام) said: "Those who cannot find loyalty among his family will surely find out loyalty among strangers". The reason of this is another quote from either Imam Muhammad Baqir ((عليه السلام)) or Imam Jafar al Sadiq (عليه السلام) said: "People get attracted to other people because while in the realm of souls, they lived together". 

You are fortunate that your soul lived in the neighborhood of Ahlebait (عليه السلام) in the realm of souls, and we are your brothers and sisters, you can ask anything from us and we will all try to help you. Do not feel alone, Allah (عزّ وجلّ) and Ahlebait (عليه السلام) and lovers of Ahlebait (عليه السلام) are with you.

Read and Write down the diseases you have and the way to fix them and try everyday to follow them.

Salam Alaikom.

Find God yourself. Allah has already led you to his direction by isolating you from everyone, in fact this is Allahs love towards you. By Being alone one can reflect on areas of life that need to be fixed. Pray your five daily prayers every day, give Sadaqa, pray Duas including Ziyarat Ashura every day- most importantly of all ask Allah, remember Allah loves us more than our parents and promises response when called upon. I will keep you in my Dua inshallah. Do not rely on anyone except Allah and use the Ahlul Bayt especially Imam Hussain to intercede for you and bring you closer to Allah when you feel alone and lost.
