Who do I contact if my comments has not been approved for a long time?

I have made a comment to a discussion thread a few weeks back but my comment still shows the message "your comment needs to be approved by the moderator". I wanted to ask that in these situations who do I contact if my comment is pending mod approval for many days? I can't message the mods at the moment since I am a basic member

I have tried to find for a discussion thread that talks about this topic but couldn't seem to find one. If anyone has any useful resources that they can share that would be great. Also, apologies if this is a really basic/simple question. I am new to the site and am trying to understand how everything works.
