As an example, can they accidently do mistakes which arent sins? Like tripping when walking, or accidently biting the tongue..

Salam these examples are not mistakes which it can be happen for both of prophet & Imams likewise becoming ill  which there is some reports about illness of them for short periods of times which is not a mistake which definition of mistake is doing wrong deeds knowingly or unknowingly which  both of prophet & Imams don't do wrong deeds knowingly or unknowingly .

There isn't evidence for that. Although tripping while walking and biting their tongues may be result of absence of their minds on particular occasions which cannot be attributed to imams or prophets. Imams or prophets are not absent minded. One example of that is when Hazrat Musa (عليه السلام) was being tried as a child when was left to pick between burning coal or toys, Allah (عزّ وجلّ) made a revelation upon him to choose burning coal and put in mouth. So, prophets or imams are not absent minded even in their infancy and such mistakes cannot happen by themselves.

Yes they can.

'Mistakes', by definition, apply to voluntary acts which one has control over. What you have mentioned above are mostly reflex actions which are involuntary, and as brother @Ashvazdanghe has also said, therefore not 'mistakes'.

The infallibles (ams) don't exist outside the natural realm of causation.

Read this Hadith, from Allamah Tabataba'i (rh)'s 'Sunan an- Nabi' :

"In al-Makarim: The bedding of the Holy Prophet (S) was a cloak and his pillow was made of skin stuffed with palm fiber. One night his cloak was folded in two and when he woke up, he said: “The bedding has prevented me from reciting my (night) prayer.” So he ordered that a single layer be placed for him. He had a cushion made from skin and stuffed with palm fiber, and he had a cloak that would be folded in two and used by him as bedding when he was out of his home."

The Prophet (S) slept a bit more than his usual duration and woke just in time for fajr, he missed the night prayer. Now, sleep is an involuntary/reflexive state, you don't have control over your actions while you are asleep.

No. Missing a recommended act is not a sin.

Shaykh Mufid (rh) says-

"It is arguable that they might omit a supererogatory act, yet without intending to commit disobedience thereby. It is inconceivable that they should omit an obligatory act either before or after their imamate."
