Is this waswas or ocd?

I like to make long dua after his prayer. I know its mustahab but because it has been a habit i keep doing it. When my imam is low and i dont even know why i pray i continue making dua because thats the habit

Today i wake up near subuh with body cold and tired, now i could just force myself to wake up and do a quick fajr prayer, and go back to sleep but i realized i have have to do the dua (which will make me unable to sleep again) and i ended up going back to sleep, missing the fajr prayer. 

I gues i also just tired of reading that long

What is this called? I ask gpt and claude and it said it could be waswas or ocd, is it true?

If I'm not mistaken, ocd is a symptom of depression.

Thing is, sadness opens a crack in the heart which shaytan uses to enter the heart and whisper as if its your own thoughts.

If it is a symptom, then o or waswas, it'd both end up being the same.

A prayer that is easy is preferred to that prayer that makes you tired and not to pray at all. So, don't make lengthy prayers if it cause you to miss out worship.
