Why do we repeat dua and dzikr?

I heard from somewhere that you need to have a good opinion on God.

"God please forgive all of my sins" there! All sins forgiven. Why should I repeat it again?

"God please grant me a house" there! The house is already on the way, but if it never came it means God know that the house is bad for you, or it was not the right time. Dont think He dont gave you whats good for you! So why repeat it again?

"God you are the Most Caring and Forgiving. I am grateful of you" there! Being grateful done. Why should you repeat it again and again? God is already pleased no? I mean yeah repeating it will make God more pleased again, but you already done the minimum, it will be fine.

"I have done all wajibat act and avoid sins" there! Whats the point of mustahab then? I mean you have to assume that God mercy would get you to heaven, whats the point of mustahab?

"It feels good" so you only worship Him to feels good? Is that really a pure intention?

"I want to be close to Him" the only reason you worship God, is so you get riches on both world and avoid misery on both world. You are fine with this. You need God. But those should be enough no? You are lying to yourself if you say you need more.

(Idk if this is related or not, but whenever someone said to strive to be the best believer. I dont know what to think because my motto has always been "do the bare minimum" I am fine with not going to the highest level of jannah. Just put me in the lowest level of heaven. If someone said "if you do 1000 dzikr you will go to the highest heaven, but if you do only 10 you will go to the lowest" I will probably only do 10)

Strive to the best of actions, what the level we achieve, it is up to Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى).  Not our job.

Read surah wal Asr:  we are require to constantly strive to the best of actions (وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ)

Salam respectfully God is not ATM machine which you just use ATM based on your need & budget .

Allah forgives all of our sins but on the other hand we may commit sins again or maybe do sins unknowingly which repeating Istiqfar can be likewise boosting it again & again for having a backup in case of repeating sins or not falling into committing new sins .

Repeating it doesn't bother Allah also he loves that his servant be in constant long relationship with him which repeating your gratefulness will be in your favor which mercy of Allah has no end .

Mustahab deeds is for us not Allah which by Mustahab deeds you will be in constant long relationship with him which you won't regret from doing it in hereafter. which maybe you will regret that you have not doe more Mustahab deeds.

Yeah it's certainly the pure intention.

you don't lie to yourself because his mercy & his resources has no end also Also Allah himself said to ask him for more good things from him .

And when your Lord proclaimed, “If you are grateful, I will surely enhance you [in blessing], but if you are ungrateful, My punishment is indeed severe.” ’ (7)

This is  a low key understanding  which in opposition to this weird belief of that person number of repeating Dhikr has not correlation with your level in Janah which maybe someone says 1,000,000 dhikr without pure intention so then he won't benefit from it but on the other hand maybe someone by saying 10 will be in highest place of Heaven due to doing it by pure intention anyway number of recommend dhikrs in duas have other secret meanings which it's highly recommended to follow recommended numbers in similar fashion of instruction of a treasure map in order to reach to exact location of your treasure no more no less.

Just praying once and not praying often shows that are not willing to have strong bond with God. It is just like you are not willing to socialize with your friend, so, will your friend consider you a loyal one? Even if you do not pray, Allah (عزّ وجلّ) will grant you everything that you deserve, but it will prove that God is more kareem and you have no regard for Him. So, there you see the problem. If you say you love God, you should pray to him more. If not then it does not diminish Allah's treasures.
