Revert since October 2023 Alhamdulillah. But I have with wudu

Salam alaikum!

Because I don’t have a shower (my house is beginning renovation in January 2025 earliest) I have to go to the gym to wash if I’m junub which is hard because it’s long and it’s freezing in UK.

Because I’m not circumcised. My parents didn’t have me circumcised when I was a baby. So hopefully you can understand that cleaning the penis is much more difficult. I squeeze on the tip of the penis (admittedly to the point of sometimes hurting myself) to see if the last drop is out. 

Then I get a jug in the bathroom fill it up with water and pour the water on the glans and foreskin to wash it is this right? 
 

Does the last drop of urine have to be out for wudu to be valid!

And for feces? Does the whole rectum have to be cleansed of the feces or just what’s able to be cleaned if you were using wipes or toilet tissue to the point no fecal matter is coming out using your hands? Or do I have to put my finger far up into the anus?

Salam , yeah it's right which you don't need the shower for doing Ghusl which is just a tool for easier washing yourself .
