Can I buy this car with no interest loan?

Salam Alaykum,

I am in a bit of a pickle. I currently need to buy a car, I went to the car dealership ( Skoda) and they gave me a quote , lets say the quote is 45760$. We agreed that I’ll pay the first half, and then on 39 months I’ll pay the other half. Thing is in their simulation , the monthly payment is rounded. So lets say its 345$ , when if we do the maths its 344.61$ , so they rounded it. 
is this permissible ? Is this a form of riba ?
