:salam:

I did not really get what truly happened. Did planes actually fly over Tehran and other sites, or did they shoot from far away ?

200 missiles were shot.

Some from Israeli planes who shot missiles into Iran from iraq. Some ballistic missiles were fired. Most missiles got intercepted. But some of them damaged some radars which have been repared now, some killed 4 irgc soldiers, some burned a bush in an Iranian highway, some fell into some buildings in a millitary base dunno if it's the radars or AD or "missile production facility".

Israeli planes can't fly over Iran, they most likley will be shot down and their pilot captured for interrogation if they live.

Either way, we all expected Iran to be bombed severely, this was pathetic, like yes Israel did some damage, but is this the "we will hit Iran in a way they will never see it comming" or their "great" attack? This was embarrasing for Israel, even a former important member in americas centcom told them to stick to assasinstions.

I remeber when we saw the pictures from 2021 and all being not shocked, because we expected irans AD to be weak. Israel wanted to do a major attack, but they instead did as much damage as Iran did in April 13 or even worse.

I want to share a recurring thought. I want to be in Iran and elsewhere in the middle east to fight. But then I think of my children they aren't independent yet. Then, I think what if this is it and Imam Mahdi (عليه السلام) reappears soon? Because I have been prepping for that all my life and when he gives that call there is no way I'm going to miss that no matter what no way unless I've moved on to the next world. So many thoughts. Similarly I won't be able to stay behind if heavens forbid there is any damage in Mashhad or Qom it will be too much for me. So I'm curious how do you all deal with this?

Salam thank you for your concern about it although even just when your heart is with AOR so therefore you are fighting besides AOR although  you have been separated geographically & physically .

Sermon 12: Does your brother love us? ...

When1 Allah gave him (Amir al-mu’minin) victory over the enemy at the Battle of Jamal one of his comrades said on that occasion, “I wish my brother so-and-so had been present and he too would have seen what success and victory Allah had given you,” whereupon Amir al-mu’minin said:

“Did your brother hold me friend?

Quote

He said: “Yes,”

Then Amir al-mu’minin said:

In that case he was with us. Rather in this army of ours even those persons were also present who are still in the loins of men and wombs of women. Shortly, time will bring them out and faith will get strength through them.

Quote

He will call his army around the world which they will be summoned besides him immediately even if they have slept in their beds in another corner of world or even they have been moved to next world which if you read dua Ahad 40 mornings before dawn so then you will be resurrected to help Imam Mahdi (aj) inshaAllah .

Quote

Imam Sadiq ((عليه السلام)) narrates that “one who recites this supplication for 40 mornings; he will be accounted amongst the helpers of Imam Mahdi (a.t.f.s). And if he happens to die before the reappearance of Imam Mahdi (a.t.f.s), Allah will raise him up from his grave so that he may assist the holy Imam (a.t.f.s).

Salam, this is something I am struggling with too. Regarding Imam Mahdi (عليه السلام), surely there is still loads more to come yet. I've reached a point where I'm not expecting to be alive when Imam Zamana (عليه السلام) returns. I don't think it will happen in my lifetime at all. However, the least I can do is try to raise my children to be better Muslims than myself.

May Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) prolong ourselves so that we all can meet him (عجّل الله تعالى فرجه الشريف)
