In my opinion, glorifying violence is haram. Not all movies that have violence glorify violence.

I don't know the islamic rituals on this, but Islam emphasizes on maintaining healthy altitude and healthy life style. Those movies/clips affect your mentality and peaceful mindset. Regardless of what religious rulings are, I think one should worry about his/her health.

See the fights of anime don't effect your mind rather refresh you and they don't glorify violence most of the cases,yeah there are some character which are driven to fight and enjoy it but that their presentation in the show,and maybe that won't be considered glorifying
