Can i recite the amal of 40 days of ziyarat ashura for someone else, for example can i do this amal with specific dua that may alah give (name of person) hidaya and that he may become one of the righteous????

Salam , yeah you can do it which also it's highly recommended to recite our best Duas  & amal for other people .
