Bismillah

So I was wondering according to fiqah is one-piece permissible if it doesn't have bad effect on you.if you complete your daily obligatory duties and studying then watch it.

Ik there a few elements which are not in line with Islamic teachings but what if your values are not changed by it.

[Need a serious clear cut answer please and btw I follow the rulling of Sayed Sistani]

I guess general rule of watching TV, Films and Movies will apply:

Question: What is the ruling about watching films with sexual content?
Answer: It is not permissible to watch such films (or pictures) with pleasure nor is it permissible to watch them without pleasure as an obligatory precaution.

Question: There are some drama series with actresses playing without scarves. What is the Islamic law about watching those drama series without lustful intention?
Answer: There is no problem in watching them in the said case.

Question: There are some drama series, which promote and encourage illicit forbidden (Haram) relations, is it permissible to watch them?
Answer: Watching the movies mentioned is forbidden if it influences the viewer and causes moral corruption or arousal. Furthermore on a mandatory precaution watching such movies is to avoided entirely if it contains sexually indecent scenes.

It's literally a children's anime. You're fine.

Salam it's no a simple children's anime which it has it's cult of fans also is full of modern paganism signs & hidden modern paganism belife  layers which can mislead adults too .

One Piece: These References Draw Heavily on Greek Mythology and Symbolism

Ever since 1997, One Piece has created a benchmark for anime, and the stellar world of the franchise makes the series all the more captivating. For a series to run for well over two decades, there has to be a number of references and inspirations to influence the author, and One Piece's creator Oda Eiichiro is no exception. He draws inspiration from mythologies across various cultures and incorporates them into the story to enrich the world of One Piece.

The series is based on myths and legends derived from ancient paganism, which includes Greek mythology. All these inspirations together form the expansive world-building that's considered to be some of the best in all anime, and the several references to Greek mythology throughout the series seem more than just pure coincidence.

Monkey D. Luffy: The Goddess Nike

It was a bolt out of the blue for fans to realize that Luffy has had the power of a mythical Zoan Devil Fruit all along -- and a powerful one at that. In the series, Nika is the name of a legendary warrior once revered as the Sun God by slaves during ancient times. The user of this Devil Fruit is only limited by their imagination. They always have a smile on their face no matter the situation and are the embodiment of "The Warrior of Liberation."

The concept of a sun god is common across several cultures; however, in Greek mythology, Nika is another name for Nike, the goddess of victory. As a personification of victory, Nike is often depicted on the side of the victor, granting them victory in battle. Furthermore, the word "Nika" is similar to a romanized Japanese word that roughly translates to "toothy grin," which can be associated with Nika's carefree and mischievous nature.

The contents are unislamic, with many characters half naked, and some completely. If you wish to follow the above ruling, ditch this anime.

Hello. Can anyone answer this question? I've also been curious about this and want to know where the line is for Shia Muslims regarding how much leniency there is? Like is Nami's design for example in One Piece too much on its own? Or just the more blatant fanservice scenes? Where is the line?

Also. Regarding my previous post, another reason I'm unsure is the variety of answers. Many people on this site and the Shia subreddit say they like One Piece and recommend it to others. But I've always seen it as wrong, and from the other replies here it seems there exist others who also agree on that. So is there a line? Is it objective, or more on a person to person basis? Would it be okay to watch One Piece be okay as long as one looked away or skipped from the bad parts, or is the fact that the character designs are immodest for central characters, and the prevalence of fanservice and immodesty enough to warrant avoiding it?

Salam

the Marja give general guidelines because they don’t have time to watch and analysize each show .

based on the narrations all non religious poetry , all tv shows that aren’t documentaries or religious lectures would be makruh at best

the Marja rule on the bare minimum of what can be proven for the mssses

For example, soap operas are popular in many parts of the Middle East Persian India rule the content those themselves would never waste time watching it

Generally, during the fasting months in the morning days, I will not watch anything

If I didn’t work, and I probably would never watch anything at all. I do enjoy cinnamon, but mainly for the holidays and after the Friday prayer on Saturday severely limited.

For example, I myself enjoy universal monster movies, the howling movies, older, sci-fi, provoking movies, some dramas and some series Buffy the Vampire Slayer, the Star Trek and a few other, but I severely limit the amount of time I spend on these things and really if I’m doing something not religious to relax it’s been walking working out or reading fiction

Now they started movies I wouldn’t watch when I’m single that they were fine at themselves, but can inflame the desires in the single goals for literature

So you have to look at the shows on a case by case basis and even sometimes a series might be OK but an episode isn’t

Is much as you can avoid is good from a modesty standpoint movies made prior to the 50s are best

I’m not familiar with this particular animated show I as a child used to enjoy Hercules and Xena and understood that the gods depicting were not real as an adult to understand them to be ancient dynasties that were aliens or or jinn

I know some of the cartoons developing almost cult like following or maybe some of the lines get blurred. I don’t know I would assume people can watch shows about Greek Persian Roman Chinese Indian mythology and not going into adultery, but that’s difficult for people. I am very afraid I need to reevaluate some of the topics I addressed with the youth from the pulpit.
