Replacing Animated Texts Using AI?

So, I got permission from islamicpulse to the dubbing of their biskit videos into another language. I can do that.

But there are animated texts as quotes in their videos. I can subtitle them but I want to edit the animated texts instead and insert my translations. 

So is there a way, an AI tool/software that can help me edit the animated texts such as speech bubbles, moving texts (quotations, book sources), zooming in texts etc.?

I prefer free AI tools but I might get a subscription if a software would do it easily. Thanks.
