Islamic Politics: Rebellion and Duty in Crisis

Al salamu alaykum

Is it just/halal to rebel against the current governments of “islamic” nations? Rebelling here means violently of course. If yes,  why have we not done it?

In regard to the israel-palestine conflict, what is our duty as Shia muslims? Are we supposed to join armies fighting in the region such as Hezebollah, houthis (I know they’re primarily sunnis) etc. Are these just political groups? 
 

Are we supposed to wait for our marja to give “the green light” like how Sayed Al Sistani did when ISIS was active?

 

Looking for personal opinions as well sources.

Salam ,according to Shia jurisprudence  if current governments  of “islamic” nations? are violating Islamic laws  & trying to spread falsehood & corruption  publicly  which there is undeniable proofs about these things apparently so therefore rebelling will be Halal ; which Iranians have done this type of rebel against Pahlavi dynasty but on the other hand ; Sunni jurisprudence prohibits any type of rebel against any ruler of so called muslim countries .

These are both political & armed groups  which currently physical & armed joining are not supposed but on the other hand other types of supports likewise  financial , spriritual & etc are supposed on any muslim specially Shia muslims which you can do anything which is possible for you even you remove doubts about these groups in mind of other people which for example both of Hezebollah, houthis have propganda untis which besides that individuals are cooperating with them for spreading truth & neutralizing Zionist propaganda about them which in cause of supporting Palastine against rogue state of Israel it doesn't matter that we whether  help Sunnis or Shia muslism against  rogue state of Israel  in favor of Palestine by any means which you can as much as possible for you .
