Marriage of uthman

One of the fundamental differences among sunnis and shias is the character of sunni figures in the time of prophet. While sunnis consider uthman as being righteous companion, the shia consider him to be a hypocrite, or atleast a bad individual.

Now it is an undeniable fact that uthman married two of the daughters of the prophet one after another. This proves that he was above average in the eyes of the prophet. We all know that prophet doesn't do anything except that it is a command from his Lord. So we can conclude that allah ordered his prophet to marry his daughters to uthman. This is more than enough to dismantle the shia narrative of the companions.

It can be an act like Khidr (a) or Lut's (a) with his daughters or Yusuf (a) framing his brothers, that is not allowed for people to do, but allowed for the chosen.

Lol. Where did you get these ridiculous analogies. Lut (عليه السلام) offered his daughters so that the community don't fell into sododmy. This is indication of what he is willing to offer in order to stop that vile act. And don't forget many sunnis and shia interpret the daughters to be the daughters of the community. This is not analogous to uthman. Prophet married him once, and when she died, he married his another daughter.

And similarly khidr. The point can be directed to ali as well. A nasbi will say that prophet giving fatima to ali isn't a virtue because it is only allowed for the prophet to do that just like khidr did what was impermissable for everyone but only permissable to him.

You don't have any excuse to deny this virtue. And if you came up with an excuse, then it similar excuse will be said about marriage of ali.

Uthman probably was a great sahabi during the life of the Prophet but many of his actions were indefensible as a caliph, he single handily derailed the system of meritocracy built by Umar and his nepotism was a radical departure from the policy of first 2 caliphs

what’s why there was broad based revolution against him and he was killed trying to defend the killer of a companion. We don’t even know if he died a believer.

You point out one simple thing and call it enough, yet you deny numerous proofs given to you by others. There's a reason why a certain level of intellect is required to be able to debate with others.
