Here's something related. Iranian emigre to United States, goes back to Iran for medical treatment!

Good. These cretins deserve this. Being made to pay through their noses to stay alive.

Taste your 'Freedom' and 'Democracy', hag. Your parents fled because they wanted Iran to be exactly like this, which never happened.

Me again, anticipating something positive to happen the coming week, after a ruinous week, 72 hours of near-sleeplessness and maniacal browsing through the news.

Life is wrecked.

Take a walk, please. Do something to take a break from news. You'll drive yourself insane.

I can't blame him, in Lebanon were also panicking over what just happened in Syria and were worried terrorist cells will activate in tripoli city now like last time, im assuming he's iraqi or lebanese, iraqis also don't have the best experience with isis.

I slept 12 hours.  I don't think I've ever done that before.

I came home a little earlier than usual and fell asleep shortly after dark, then slept until just before sunrise. I think I was just exhausted. Teaching first grade is hard! I have two weeks to recover now.

My sister has the same issue, she became a full time teacher since September, teaching grade 2 English. She sleeps a lot and work overtime because she need to create lesson classes for her students.

They say it gets easier after about three years. It's never easy, but it gets easier. And of course the students make it all worthwhile.

She is actually happy with the students, it’s the school who are not doing a great jobs with teachers, my sister said they are not treating the teachers in a good way.

Yes, that's how it was at my first job. It was awful, and the only reason I stayed was for my students.  At my current job the children and the work are much more difficult, but the administration and the other teachers are incredibly supportive and helpful.

Yea walking is nice, I feel amazing after not touching my phone from the moment of waking up till about 5 in the afternoon which sometimes happens. I should be doing this more often.

Unfortunately in the past few decades, Iran lost its Islamic Iranian architecture. It used to be spacious and beautiful, but later it became more focused on how to finish the building cost efficient which in many cases compromised the safety of the building.

Just recently, I heard there've been some effort to revive the Islamic Iranian architecture and build beautiful environmentally friendly buildings which you just posted one of them.

I asked ChatGPT to wish me New Year as a  Shia Muslim

“In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As we welcome the new year, may Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَ تَعَالَى) bless you and your loved ones with peace, prosperity, and steadfast faith. May this year bring us closer to the teachings of the Ahlul Bayt (عليه السلام), and may our hearts be filled with compassion, patience, and gratitude.

Let us reflect on the lessons of Imam Ali (عليه السلام), the sacrifices of Imam Hussain (عليه السلام), and the guidance of our Imams (عليه السلام) to inspire us in the coming days. May our deeds align with justice, our words with truth, and our hearts with love for humanity.

Wishing you a year of barakah (blessings), safety, and nearness to Allah. May He accept our duas and grant us strength to face challenges with faith and perseverance.

Ya Ali Madad,

Happy New Year!”

Ya Ali Madad,

It probably thought you are Indo-Pak.

Probably conditioned by the huge data traffic from the Indo-Pak Shi'a, who address everyone from aliens to garden gnomes to chat gpt with 'Ya Ali Madad'.
