Salaam,

Does anyone have any email addresses of mosques with sheikhs I can contact and ask a question to?

It seems most mosque email addresses are more business related

Al-islam is a way of contacting ulama or sheikh's....

But you have to wait for too long for answer from the sheik you choose

Salam OP,

Look into the 'Ask those who know' app. There's a variety of scholars/speakers, however not all are very active. Very good app otherwise.

Also, look into scholars who have social media and try to reach them through that. Sister Amina Inloes has her email address on her twitter, and she helped me more than once.

Let me know if there's a specific scholar you're looking to contact and I'll see if I can find something for you InshaAllah

I’ve tried to find Sayed Jawa’s Qazwini’s email multiple times in the past few years but haven’t found it. But other than that, I am looking for anyone I can get a hold of. Thanks for the recommendations.

The likes of Sayed Jawad Qazwini are past that stage of being easily contactable as they have a gained a massive following. They have a thousand requests from others.

My recommendation is to contact the ones who are a bit lowkey who you can find on instagram and other social media platforms. Plus I find these 'non-famous' ones can be far more knowledgeable and beneficial.

Sheikh Zoheir Esmail is a good sheikh to get into contact with, he is based in London and you can find him on social media easily.

Salam,

I managed to get this email off of his Instagram: JawadQazwini@gmail.com

Can't gurantee he'll reply. @ali_fatheroforphans has a good point as well. Many scholars/speakers who are well known have a ton of requests etc., so they might not even be able to get back to you.

Definitely look on their social media pages if they have any!

It is headed by Sheikh Arif

Salam,

Sorry for replying late friend. This is the email I found on his Instagram page: JawadQazwini@gmail.com

He might not reply quickly though, as @ali_fatheroforphans said most of the popular scholars/speakers get to a point where it's hard to make regular contact through email etc.

However, one thing I usually do when sending an email is to make it clear that I am asking for genuine help etc., and not one of those who is just looking spread a scholars/speakers words while the conversation happens in private.

You're probably going to get the template response from all of them with the millions of the same questions they get asked

'as long as you seek permission from her father, there is no problem

With duas'

But hold on a minute, I asked you if I'm allowed to wear faux leather in my prayers

Use the ask those who know app

They're really making money from everything nowadays ?

'ask those who know app' that's mad loool

I take it they've got an istikhara app too? Going to check that out actually might be a good side business.

Does anyone want to create an app with me, I have thousands of brilliant ideas?

Since a lot of people are obsessed with seeing a woman's hair before marriage especially the potential mother in law ...you can scan the woman's face and based on her bone structure with use of AI the app gives you 5 different variations of hairstyles.

Let's talk guys
