It's unsurprising that the idea of selfless sacrifice in the service of a higher cause is alien to those who have spent this genocide denigrating the Resistance in Palestine. But it's time to call out this ridiculous conspiracy theory about the Axis being established for 'Iranian interests'. Does living under sanctions for 45 years — dying without access to basic medicines or suffering blackouts — sound like the behaviour of a political class committed primarily to a narrow, materialistic and uniquely modern Western idea of 'national interest'? For the likes of Khalidi, it seems ideology, ummah or revolutionary principle cannot play a part in strategic calculus, only the 'interests' of the Iranian 'nation-state' (itself a counter-revolutionary idea). Khalidi seems not to grasp Iranian politics — in which self-interested nationalists certainly do exist, but in the same political faction that the likes of Khalidi would regard as 'enlightened' liberals, precisely because they are counter-revolutionary. Such people are coming to be despised in Iran, for their naivety, lack of principle and their pathetic refusal to defend Palestine, Lebanon, Syria or Iran.

I have been reading some of the posts in the last few days which pertain to if Shia should abandon the Palestinian cause and focus solely on Shia matters. I am by no means a scholar and forgive me if I am wrong but it seems that according to the principle of Adl in Usul al-din, Shia Islam strongly supports standing up for the oppressed.

I just feel that if Iran was a Nuclear Power like India and China, a lot of lives could have been saved and even whole nations. I know it's Naive thinking on my part maybe, because what's destined to happen will happen regardless. Gods Will. 

However, would Iran being a Nuclear Power alter the hawkishness of Israel towards its neighbors? Would it change the events in Syria? Would it prevent political assassinations on its Territory? Would it give Iran leverage to ignore pressure from other Nations to stop its Missile Programs or other things? I would say Absolutely it would.

Let’s help the oppressed near us, Shia majority countries that are in strong need of support to free themselves from the tyrannical oppressors such as Bahrain and Azerbaijan should be our priorities. Palestinians have 50 countries to help them, Bahrainis and Azerbaijanis do not.

Salam respectfully at first  Bahrainis and Azerbaijanis  Shias are not in dire situation in similar fashion of Palestinians although they are suffering from oppression which they can overcome it even without help of Iran by more unity between themselves instead of current disunity of multiple shia groups in  Bahrain and Azerbaijan & Pakistan & Afghanistan .

secondly :root cause of all problems of  Bahrainis and Azerbaijanis  Shias especially Azerbaijanis  Shias is zionist Israel which it has apparent & strong presence in so called country of Azerbaijan . 

Thirdly: Iran is not a war monger or invader country which obviously Azerbaijan is a zionist trap in similar fashion of trap of Ukraine for Russia which unfortunately so called country of Azerbaijan has strongest lobby in Majlis(parliament) of Iran which stops activity of activists in any level even in level of NGOs .
