PM not working

For as long as I've been using this site, which has been since about 2010, I commonly get the error message that I have to wait 1 minute before doing another search if I am searching for something within the site. That's not new to me, but as far as getting that when I'm sending private messages, it hasn't happened before.

No it’s not working. I didn’t message anyone beforehand either and the entire thing simply won’t load and shows the same message that appeared for the others.

You are the only one reporting the red bell. If I click on the envelope to see if I have new messages, it just spins around as if it is taking time to load, but it won't even open to see my past messages.

Yeah I just deleted my history and then logged in again on Sunday, it’s fixed now. PM is still not working tho

I am pretty sure that the Site Admins know there is a PM problem. They must have noticed that they do not get any messages anymore.

Similar issue(s) with the message system. I tried to look at my message and got an error :

Sorry, there is a problem

Something went wrong. Please try again.

 

I tried to PM a mod, got a different error message and then the system wiped my current PM and restored my previous (at least a week old) PM which was probably not sent either.

1. Selecting messages resulted in continues activity indicator with no results.

2. I attempted to send you a PM and got an error message.
