Salam Alaykum respected brothers and sister

These are genuine questions I have been having and not merely just waswasa. I already looked on the site of Ayatollah Sistani but have not found specific answers to these quesitions. May Allah bless you

Basically, my question is regarding washing oneself after having a bowel movement, specifically with qalil water:

1. if I use qalil water to wash my a*** and that qalil water which I used and is now on the anus has become najis due to the feces since the color changed, is it necessary for me to remove that najis water before pouring water on the area again? I.e. do I have to take some paper and remove the water each time after the water gets najis?

2. After each time of washing the area you would obviously get your hands najis by touching the feces. Would you then have to purify the hand separately to wash the anus again for the second/third/etc time if the anus has not become pure yet?

May Allah reward you

Salam you only need to do it at last time

Purification with  water after urination and defecation can be done in several ways:

A: with a little (Qalil) water (water that does not boil from the ground and is less than kurr):[1]

1. Purification with a little (Qalil) water after defecation: if it is washed like this If a particle of feces does not remain in stool, Islamic purity has been achieved and it is not necessary to wash again.[2]

2. Cleanliness with a little (Qalil) water after urinating: If men wash once after urinating, it is sufficient, [3] but women and those whose urine comes from a different channel, The obligatory precaution is to wash twice.[4]

Quote

Of course, some Marjas of taqlid say as follows:

Makarem: The issue of  Urinary outlet cannot be cleaned with anything other than water, and if it is washed with a little (Qalil) water, it is obligatory to wash it wice, but with the hoses connected to the running tap water, once is enough. There is no difference between natural and unnatural channels in washing urine and faeces, but in the case of unnatural channels, non-water is not enough.[7]

Therefore, the feces can be cleaned with non-water (paper towels, cloth, etc.), but the urine can only be cleaned with water.

Is there any explanation why this is the case? I supposed or had the thought that if I were to touch the najis water with a new handful of water, it would just make it najis and unable to purify anymore.

2. Also, I also asked this question which was not answered so I wanted to elaborate on what I mean again. While cleaning oneself you touch the najasah which would then make your hands the first mutanajis. If you now want to wash yourself again you would pour some qalil water on your hand, but since your hand is the first mutanajis the water would be made najis and the second mutanajis and thus unable to purify anything.

If I were to try and purify my hand with qalil water, I would have to seperate the water from the hand with, for example, toilet paper to make it pure/tahir again. Or I could  stand up everytime and go to the sink to wash my hands with kurr water. But how should I purify myself when I am in a toilet with only qalil water and nothing else?

I wanted to ask if there is some ruling related to this to clarify it as I want to see if I am really understanding it right.

May Allah bless you and reward you

Salam this is based on common old procedure of using water containers which people only could carry a little amount of water  with themselves into WC .

You are making everything hard & complicated for yourself  just based on Waswas from Shaitan which he wants to engage in such thoughts for stopping you from important matters by too much focusing on rulings which in opposition to your understanding only outcome of you at end of procedure is important that you only can use water for purification which toilet paper can't be used for purification which you are just wasting your precious time & water just based on inception of Waswas by cursed  Shaitan so threfore you just nedd to overcome your Waswas & follow simplest & shortest procedure .
