Salam it means all of them which verse menas that Allah is owner of everything which is in skies and all of planets whether on surface or beneath of earth as one  of planets .

Translation taken from Tafsir Khosravi by Alireza Khosravani, volume 5, page 442
What is in the heavens and what is on the earth, and what is between them and what is under the ground, all belong to Him and his property, and all are under His control and knowledge, and He is the owner and manager of them.

Quote

Translation taken from Hujjat al-Tafaseer Abdul Hajah Balaghi, volume 4, page 162
From Him is forgiving what is in the heavens and what is on the earth, and what is between the heavens and the earth, and what is under the earth (from: burials, mines, treasures, and the dead(s)).

https://quran.inoor.ir/fa/ayah/20/6/

Imam Ali (Ahmed bin Muhammad Barqi) says: Jathliq asked Amirul Momineen: "Tell me... where is God the Most High"? He said: "Here, there, up and down, He is surrounder to us and with us, and this is his word: There is no telling secrets Three people except that He is the fourth of them, and not five people except that He is the sixth of them, and no less than that and no more than that except that He is with them wherever they are.

Quote

Have you not regarded that Allah knows whatever there is in the heavens and whatever there is in the earth? There dost not takes place any secret talk among three, but He is their fourth [companion], nor among five but He is their sixth, nor when they are less than that or more but He is with them wherever they may be. Then He will inform them about what they have done on the Day of Resurrection. Indeed Allah has knowledge of all things. (7)

And the Kursi (throne) is surrounder of heavens and the earth:

Ali said: "It is true that the angels lift the throne, and the throne is not as you think it is in the form of a throne. But it is something limited that fits in size and is created by Allah who plans it and your Lord Almighty He is the owner of it, not the one who is on top of it; like being something on top of something, and he ordered the angels to carry it, and the angels will carry the throne with the power he gave them." Nasrani said: "You said the truth, may God have mercy on you. ».

Imam Ali (one of the questions that a Jew asked the Commander of the Faithful was: "Does your Lord carry or is he carried?" Imam Ali said: "My Lord carries everything to the best of His ability, and nothing can withstand His greatness."
