Asalam alikumwa. rahmet Allah wa barakatuh, i hope your days have been well. I found a story in 2021 about three people who desecrated a hindu temple then one of them died. He died by smashing his head and vomiting with his last words being, Lord Koragajja is angry with the culprits. I want to hear your thoughts on this and how we should react to something like this.

Sometimes there are coincidences, and sometimes there are fabrication, and sometimes there are secret actions done by people which seem to be divine. Nimrod in the Quran shot an arrow at the sky, and it fell with blood on it, and he claimed that he killed God with it, which he didn't. However, in reality, Nimrod dipped the arrow in blood before shooting it (nobody could see the blood on the arrow from a long distance) and then shot it so it would fall somewhere near the people so they can see the blood. Pharaoh had magicians, and it took the miracles of Moses to prove that they are phonies rather than using plain old logic, because the common Egyptian peasants wouldn't have been able to benefit from logic, what with some things being hidden from them, and with them being Bronze-Age peasants with simple minds.
