Is Dhul Hijjah Explicitly Mentioned As the Month of Hajj in Quran

I know that we normally perform Hajj on these specific dates, but is it actually directly and explicitly mentioned in the Quran? All we have is 2:197 on this topic, but it is not direct and explicit about Dhul Hijjah 8-13...
