Sleep paralysis, I'm confused.

Salamualakum, I recently had something like sleep paralysis, In my nightmare, I was in my room and I was sleep walking and I was grabbing things off shelves. Then, my I hear my mom come up the stairs, and she walks in aggressively, she grabs my shoulders and she shakes me harshly, and My mouth falls wide open and I look up, I went limp in my mothers grasp. I somewhat seen a white light or flash either in my mouth or my eyes, I don't know for sure, It was vague. I was gasping and struggling to breath, and In my dream I was aware I was dreaming about sleep walking while sleeping. I was half conscious and half unconscious. While asleep, my conscious half heard my ragged and fast breaths  outside of my dream, and I also heard my breathing inside the dream. It was horrifying. If you want to know additional information, I'm 16 years old, and female. I want know what what my dream means, if it means something bad or good. It was a odd dream and I couldn't just bypass it. If you could help me, thank you. Please let me know.

It maybe a sign that you are not sure about hoices in your life wich in similar fashion feeling of hard breathing maybe sign of a hidden fear about your choices.

InshaAllah dua of your mother will help you you to find best way in your life because it has been mentioned that looking at parents with kindness cause increasing eyesight so consequently insight & blessing wich by asking for dua of your mother & asking her advises InshAllah you will overcome your worries also it protects you from any hardship & danger in your life InshAllah.

Read the mawuthat the two last surah in the Quran before you sleep and ask for protection and guidance and whatever you think is best for you to overcome this problem.

It is possible to become master in all the worlds, including dream world.

And when you wake up from a bad dream of course say at least once awuthu billah minashaytan alrajeem

i witnessed myself also some of the sleep paralyses and i cant deny that its a horrifying experience. Do other people also experienced it?
