Salam this is an advice which has been accustomed to Ayatollah Behjat (رضي الله عنه) about praying for deceased person anyway his site & office has denied any connection of Ayatollah Behjat (رضي الله عنه) to this advice .

Denying the attribution of "reciting Fatiha Kabira for the dead" to Ayatollah Behjat (رضي الله عنه)

Question: Hello. Is the attribution of the following article to Hazrat Ayatollah al-Azami Behjat, may Allah have mercy on him, approved by you or not?

One of the Shiite scholars named Sheikh Mehdi Faqihi has went to presence Ayatollah Behjat for istikhara and to solve the problem.

Ayatollah Behjat has said to him: Why don't you read Fatiha Kabira?

Answer: : باسمه تعالی (B esmehi Ta'ala.)

While wishing for the acceptance of obedience and worship and thanking you for your connection with this center,

Although reciting the Qur'an and reciting the Fatiha were among the usual orders of Hazrat Ayatollah Behjat for the peace and happiness of the souls of the dead and the relief of the grief of the loss of loved ones; Therefore, according to the studies conducted, such a statement with the title "Fatiha Kabira" and in the order mentioned in the question is not available in the documents of this center, according to him, and according to the follow-up that was done from the students and his Holy House, There is no  reliable source. has been  found for this article. Therefore, its attribution to His Holiness is not confirmed.

A part of Ayatollah Behjat's actions and recommendations for the dead and the deceased
Relieving the grief of losing loved ones:

In order to ease the grief of losing loved ones, he used to say: "Recite a lot of charity, charity, prayer, recitation of the Qur'an, ending of the Qur'an and such things, and send many blessings, and recite the verse﴿سَلَامٌ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ﴾  (Peace be upon Abraham) [Safat, 109] (Peace be upon Abraham) a lot. repeat".
Reciting Fatiha and reciting the Quran:

Ayatollah Behjat has been reciting Fatiha every day for the dead, and advised others to do the same. One day he sarcastically said to one of the worshipers: "Are you calling your late father?" Recite Hamd and Surah, which is equivalent to making a phone call.

He also ordered the people who lost one of their parents not to forget them and said: "Divide each part of the Qur'an to the number of people and read one part per day in total so that at end of the  month reward of one compilation of Qur'an is given to the soul of the deceased in a month. ».

He used to say: "Allah knows what kind of spirituality, form, and reality the blessings that a person sends and presents for a dead person." They also used to say: "A person should recite the Qur'an for the dead and give reawrd of it to them as gift, they  know how to respond to your actions."
Representation in pilgrimage:

He was  bound to perform pilgrimage on behalf of dead ones. Hey used to say: "In Atabat, there was one of the scholars who never went to the shrine unless he took his parents with him and made pilgrimages on their behalf!" He did not leave them without a share in any pilgrimage.

He was  asked what to do for their parents who have passed away. He said: "If they have bequeathed something obligatory, fulfill it, and if they do not have a bequest, pray for them the Qadha prayer and the mustahab prayer and give them the reward as a gift."

Ayatollah Behjat , in addition to praying, visiting and praying for parents, also has been feeding poor in behalf of them.
