Salaams hope all are good. 

Does anyone know if there are any books which have been done by scholars on the history of the Quran, I am researching on when the verses were revealed and in which context, the order of the surahs.  

I have the Quran by S.V Mir Ahmed Ali and Agha Pooya and also a book called scoences of the Quran by Mansour Leghaei to start with. 

 I would particular like to know of which Quran scholars or people came after the prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم). and Imam Ali (عليه السلام) who studied the knowledge of the Quran. 

Is there also a book on all the Verses that were interpreted from the prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) and the 12 Imams (عليه السلام)?
