The Vast Knowledge of Imam al-Hasan (a)

Imam al-Hasan (عليه السلام) was completely unmatched in his knowledge, as were all the Imams (a). How could he not be when he is the son of Bab al-Madinat al-Ilm (عليه السلام) and the grandson of Madinat al-Ilm (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) himself?

وَكُلَّ شَيْءٍ أَحْصَيْنَاهُ فِي إِمَامٍ

And We have figured everything in a manifest Imam. [36:12]
