Fasting is recommended 

Ghusul is recommended but you will still need to do wudhu after because it's not one of the confirmed ghusul.

Praying 2 rakat 30mins before thuhr prayer ٣٠دقيقه قبل زوال 

Each raka الفاتحة ١ الإخلاص ١٠ ايه الكرسي ١٠ القدر ١٠ reward: 100k huja, 100k umrah and Allah 

There is also a dua supplication related to this day.
