Salams, I'm struggling with a little, (excessive so to speak) problem.

I am always doubting whether I've performed something correctly or not, and later doubt its validity.

For example, I'd perform ghusl al janaba, make sure I'm absolutely sure there's nothing left on my body.

But hours later, I'd find like for example a miniscule white crumb-like something on my upper back and start thinking where I went wrong lol. I start beginning to assume that's the najasah, but then I was so sure I removed it whilst performing ghusl. That how would it have made its way to my back, and that too just being the size of one singular little crumb?

For more background, it was dry, flat and felt crumb like, as opposed to a small congealed ball which I would expect is najasah.

And I can't make up my mind whether it is or not, as I was so certain I scrubbed, washed and wiped everything off of my body.

Do I just ignore it? Mind you this isn't a one off, I regularly find myself doubting the validity of my ghusls, mainly because of these reasons, that I end up scrubbing my body so hard it hurts. It happens so often  that I'd restart the ghusl a - z.

And even deep down, na3audabillah, I find myself starting to stray away from faith. Because im finding it too tumultuous and difficult if its like this..

If you are doing ghusl al janaba why would there be any najasat on your upper back? Unless there is a valid reason you can ignore the waswas. And unless you know for sure that a substance is najis, you should assume it is tahir

For example, I completely rinsed and washed my hands off of the najasa but didn't remove it all, then the najasa transferred to my back as a result of touching my back.

I came to the conclusion it's not najasa, so that put me at ease. It's almost hysterical I lose sleep over these things lol

I also wanted to ask, if you are in a state of janaba, say the janaba reaches your hands. Is it sufficient that I wash my hands, be it (with) kurr water, am then allowed to touch other objects without making them impure, even with wetness?

My method is, I wash, rinse the janaba away into the sink, then I scrub my hands, then run them under the tap, take my hand out from underneath the tap, then run it over my hand again.

Because I find I often suffer from wet dreams, or least I think I do. That when I check, I make contact with the 'said' area to be sure. Sometimes it's dry, sometimes it's not. And when it is wet, I don't always have the time to do ghusl right away

So again, does washing the hands remove the najasa from the hands or am I required to perform ghusl in order to touch things.

Yes, washing your hands removes the najasat. Being in a state of janaba doesn’t mean That everything you come into contact with becomes najis

It does sound like you're suffering from wiswas, brother. Everyday Fiqh isn't supposed to be such a heavy burden.
