Salam,

The debates in Speakers Corner take place on Sunday, I'm not sure at what time they arrive, but I'd imagine that from midday through to the evening there will be people. For most of those guys, that is their life, in their circle they are famous and have fan clubs, so they definitely spend the better part of the day there.

Good luck, I used to work near there and sometimes I'd walk that way with colleagues of mine who weren't Muslim. I found it pretty embarrassing to be honest, the behaviour of a lot of those guys isn't really something you want to advertise. Half the time they need to the police there to maintain order (that isn't necessarily only the fault of the salafis, but you can see from the videos that they don't give off peaceful vibes.)

Lel, one nasibi who frequents SC on and off would even brag about how great their street dawah was, and how the Shi'a have no passion for dawah.

If only they could realize that stopping and heckling random pedestrians on pavements and crossings is not 'dawah', it only creates revulsion among non- Muslims towards the religion. XD

Imagine yourself rushing into a Tube station, about to miss your train, and then a horde of 'well-meaning brothers' in unkempt beards and three-quarter pajamas surround you to debate the most fundamental truths of life.
