Does knowing the secrets of worship affect the quality of doing it?

A question!
suppose we have a person who knows all secrets of pray(salat) and we have another person who does not have any knowledge about secrets and only prays because he knows it is obligatory.
Do you think these two people have the same quality of worship and have same reward(jaza or savab)? 
If yes, why? And If no, why?

Salam surly person who knows secrects of worship benefits more in quality & reward  than person who prays without knowledge because   receiving reward depends on level  sincerity  & knowledge .
