As salamu alaykum I know a brother who lives in Britain, he's in his thirties and he's looking for a wife.

The reason I'm writing this is because I don't know anyone in Britain personally because I live in the USA.  If anyone knows any Shia marriage offices in Britain please let me know so I can refer it to him.

Jazakallah

Ya ali ((عليه السلام).)

Is there any communities of his race/culture that he seek assistance? or through family connections? or family relatives from overseas?

Muslim men living in Western country is a really struggle to find a spouse. Likewise for me too, which is why I may have my relatives overseas to find potential spouse for me.

He has family in Iran, but it seems that his relatives don't know any good match for him.

To Be Honest with you.  I am in a similar position. I almost 30 years too. I live in Australia and my only option is to ask my relatives in Iran to find one or put a word out there and see if anything happens. Regardless we're hoping to go Iran and God willing maybe able to find a spouse.

I think maybe the family can try a bit harder or widen their search further more (ask a mosque leader if he can help or know of anyone. etc)

I understand it is easier said then done. :(

Inshallah everything will work for you and him. I will keep you in my duas.  Just please make your priority be that the woman is a good Muslim (who wears hijab properly, prays, fasts, pays khums, etc.) may Allah bless you dear brother.  I also highly highly highly encourage you to read this https://www.al-islam.org/marriage-parenthood-heavenly-path
