The world needs women in leadership?

We need people who are willing to be leaders in positions of leadership. If the males will not or can not, the responsibility falls upon women and girls. Unfortunately, males are rarely up to the task. Please prove me wrong. I do not want to be right about this.

Well you don't know all billions of men so it's safe to assume this is no diffirent than when red pillers assume most women are gold diggers because of their personal experiences or some statistics they misunderstood/cherry picked/isn't conclusive.  In other words this beleif is based on your assumptions and you know it very well, you're a limited human just like all of us, you will never know the answer to this. 

 

My suggestion is to not assume all men are like the ones you saw. 

 

Your other assumption is assuming women will lead if men overwhelmingly can't? What makes you think most women are fit too if your assumption ends up being true?

As I've stated before, in my experience men do what is required of them, and women do what is required. Few of the men I've known have been willing and able to even lead themselves, let alone others.  Almost all adult women I've known have been forced by men's negligence to "man up" and be the heat of their household or organization.  

You are right, I can only see what I see.  Everything I've said in this topic, I thought it was clear that it was based on my life experience, not on every person on earth, nor on statistics or idealistic daydreams.

Here is the issue, if I did what you did I would have been a red pill guy, I grew up in a poor neighborhood, still I won't judge all women based on this, despite most men and women in my area are what is referred to as degenerates, gangs, pimps, drug dealers, thugs, gold diggers, etc... you get my gist.

On the other hand in my village in lebanon, I saw the best men and women. 

Atleast you recognise this could be wrong, which is good.

The problem is this world is headed that way, men are being encouraged to not pursue leadership roles given the obsession with breaking traditional gender roles, naturally you will get more and more of "feminine men" and "masculine women". The thing is the "masculine women" wouldn't necessarily be keen on leading, so you might have a world where no one will lead and it will just descend into mayhem. There is always a third option which seems to be the most likely, which is that men will lead less and less and women just wont be interested in taking these positions.
