What is this prayer?

Here's a one minute video from an instagram page I follow.

There is a three sentence supplication in it. Could you find the Arabic text (with diacritical marks) so that I memorize it right?

Also if you could tell me its source? Is it a prayer taught by the Holy Prophet (s) or Imams ((عليه السلام))?

The supplication is a beautiful and well known excerpt from Dua Al Qada'h دعاء القدح which is said to be narrated by the Prophet saww.

The three lines are: االلهم اغنني بحلالك عن حرامك و بطاعتك عن معصيتك و بفضلك عن من سواك
