My covid story

[Haji 2003]

I have an uncle who has been in poor health.

He was somewhat fatalistic about covid and felt that the risks to him of catching it did not warrant the additional quality time he could spend with his son and his family.

So he was careful, but not very careful.

Mashallah so far he has not contracted covid and is now double vaccinated.

However.

Because of the lack of strict operating procedures in his household, his wife (my aunt) got covid in late December.

She walked out of the house to the ambulance after doing her prayers etc.

A month later she was dead.
