Couldnt make it to Eid alGahdeer celebration, upset!!!

i just officially took the third shahada and wailyatea and i missed the eid al Gahdeer program and celebration i attended eid aldha but missed eid al gadeer, im upset, any advice?

But no seriously, set a goal for yourself in one year time. Try to have a dramatic change in your motivation, discipline, personality and soul. Do it for the sake of Prophet Muhammad and his family (Peace be upon them). This way Inshallah when you're doing Ziyarah for Imam Ali ((عليه السلام).) on Eid Al-Ghadeer, you can be proud of the man the Ahlulbayt has made you.

The important part of Eid Al Ghadeer is that your recognize Imam Ali((عليه السلام)) as your Wali, Imam, and Sucessor to Rasoulallah(p.b.u.h) and that you do Tabarra' from the enemies of Ali((عليه السلام)). You can do this in public, with your family, or by yourself. It is just as valid. Of course, if you can, you should try to do this in a larger group but this is not necessary in order to receive the benefit of the Eid.

I would tell what Imam Ali (عليه السلام). told his companions after battle of Jamal when one of then asked I wish my brother was here with us.Imam Ali (عليه السلام). says in sermon 12 that did your brother hold me as his friend and the reply was affirmative so Imam Ali said then he is with us not only that people who yet to be born are also with us.

If you love the Ahylul Bayat (عليه السلام). you are with them and they don't forget the ones who claim to love them.
